They are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Financial Adviser to cover the Petone and Hutt Valley regions. This exciting role allows the successful applicant to take over an existing client portfolio and catchment area and capitalise on extensive referrals from existing networks. As a result you will need to develop strong internal networks as well as prospect for new business in the local community. To be successful in this role you will be a motivated, self-starter who possesses: * Proven ability in retail investment, retirement, savings and risk management advice * A current or almost complete financial planning diploma * Previous experience in producing financial plans for a large number of customer referrals * Strong networking and relationship building skills Membership of the FPIA or similar body would be an advantage as would CFP or similar status.
