BT Funds Management New Zealand equity manager Paul Glass is leaving the firm to take up a position as equity manager with Equity Partners.
Equity Partners was established in 1996 by former New Zealand Funds manager George Kerr to manage portfolios for Spicers Financial Services.
BT say that Rohan Hedley, the head of Australasian Equities at BT Funds Management in Sydney, will take over responsibility for New Zealand equities until a replacement is found for Glass.
In the meantime an analyst from its Sydney office will be seconded to Auckland to oversee the day to day management of the fund during this period.
Megan Sobr, an equity analyst at BT Funds Management, will remain with the firm.
