Wairarapa Building Society is following what seems to be the trend at the moment and has increased its longer term fixed rates.  Its three-year rate has gone up by 10 basis points, its four-year is up by 25 bps and its five-year is now up 35 bps to 7.85%. 

PSIS has also increased its longer term rates with its two-year rate increasing by 15 bps, its three-year rate up by 25 bps and its four-year rate up by 30 basis points.
