National Mutual New Zealand general manager Ross McEwan has been appointed chairman of the Investment Savings and Insurance Association (ISI) following the resignation of BT Funds Management general manager Graeme Fowler.
Fowler relinquished the position as he has been promoted and is returning to BT in Australia.
Armstrong Jones general manager Paul Fyfe takes up the role of deputy chairman which was previously occupied by McEwan.
ISI chief executive Roger Gill says two new board members will be appointed at the next meeting to fill the gaps left by Fowler's departure and one created by Rita Evans.
Evans recently resigned her position as chief executive at Cigna.
