AIA pimps up its Quick Quote calculator

Quick Quote will allow consumers to estimate how much their premiums could cost if they were to get insurance from AIA.  The company says this is "perfect for consumers who are researching, comparing providers or looking to switch and want to make an informed decision."

The enhanced calculator now includes:

• Key insurance benefits - life, private health, income protection, mortgage and income protection, Total Permanent Disablement and trauma.
• Apply Multi-Benefit Discount where applicable and AIA Vitality membership.
• Enhancements enabled through the back-end connection to our Quote BRE engine (used by Quote Builder).

The quote information is also not stored which means the user cannot save the quote or forward to an adviser.
