Capital Financial Planning is a large and well established financial planning practice based in Christchurch. The company specialises in the management of private investment portfolios for individuals, trusts and charitable organisations. We require the services of an associate financial planner to assist us with the management of a rapidly growing client base.

The applicant will be required to:

• Assist with the management and maintenance of the company's existing and new clients
• Participate in the production of client reviews and financial plans
• Take responsibility for the purchase and sale of fixed interest securities

Ideally we are seeking a person who has completed the Diploma in Business Studies, with an endorsement in personal financial planning, or a similar degree. Experience in the financial planning profession would be an advantage. A person currently working in the industry who is in the process of completing studies would also be considered.

Level/Qualifications: Diploma in Business Studies endorsed personal financial planning

Skills sought:A good communicator and listener. Good mathematical skills. An ability to work and relate well with others in the workplace.
