Rarely does a senior position this substantial present itself in today's funds markets. Sovereign are looking for an experienced investment professional to provide management solutions and help make a difference within their investments team.

The role offers a unique combination of responsibility for funds control, people management, investment operations, client/research relationships, meeting performance targets and systems development.

In partnership with the General Manager - Investments, you will be responsible for maintaining a funds portfolio in excess of $3 billion. Controlling a mix of retail and wholesale funds, this role manages assets across a diverse range of products through a strong commitment to multi-manager relationships and access to the wider CBA Group.

We seek someone with investment experience and a strong understanding of the financial markets. Detail conscious with strong communication skills, an affinity with the bigger picture of investment operations will help your team deliver sound recommendations on behalf of your clients. Due to Sovereign's investment strategy, an understanding of multi-manager agreements is important, as well as the ability to contribute to a team based business plan.
