Due to growth, we are looking to appoint an additional Investment Account Manager.

Located in central Auckland, this telephone-based role is responsible for providing administrative and information support for an assigned portfolio of high value ASB investment relationships, while also offering support to our team of Investment Advisers.

This opportunity will utilise your strong knowledge of Investment products combined with your proven experience in a customer service focussed role, as the main focus of this position is assisting our high value clients with their day-to-day investment needs.

The role involves conducting reviews over the phone, assisting with the preparation of para-planning documents and providing staff with information on market products and trends.

To excel in this role you will display:

  • A strong understanding of Investment products.
  • Experience in a phone based customer service role.
  • A strong communication skill at all levels with an excellent telephone manner.
  • A proven commitment to providing quality service.
  • The ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player.
  • Analytical ability with a dedication to accuracy.
  • Experience in para-planning is also desirable.
