A sought-after opportunity has arisen, as Area Manager Investment Advisory Services, to drive the sales, service and performance of a motivated Investment Advisory team.

The ability to manage, motivate and structure the activities of a geographically dispersed team of mobile Investment Advisers, is of paramount importance.

To facilitate this, the incumbent will need to display effective administration skills in managing a team of focussed individuals.

Your strong experience within the Investment Services industry, combined with a drive to succeed will enable you to support quality growth and profitability of the business, and initiate and support action to maintain and enhance this.

Utilising your high level of interpersonal skills you will be involved in training and coaching of the Investment Advisors and selected branch staff. Displaying an ability to relate to others at all levels and building strong working relationships will contribute to your success.

Having a thorough knowledge of finance, saving and investment theory and practice, will enable you to be involved in initiatives for development and improvements to products and services. This will include you supporting the implementation and co-ordination of division wide marketing, campaigns and initiatives.

Reporting to the National Manager Advisory Services, this Auckland based role will require some travel. The competitive remuneration package comprises of a salary, management incentive program and motor vehicle.
