Our intention is to appoint a part-time sales manager with a broad financial services background to operate out of our Wellington based office, reporting to the society’s secretary/manager. The role could be handled as part of an existing business operation.
The requirements are to recruit suitable agents/brokers to promote the benefits and services of our society, plus provide support, motivation and training, as necessary, to our existing agents. The aim is to expand and develop a sales/agency group to promote our benefits and services to existing and prospective members/clients.
It is expected that you will have strong sales skills and experience, including planning and a high level of presentation developed from your business activities. Professional qualifications would not be necessary, but desirable. Additionally, an existing network of business contacts will be an advantage.
