To be an Operations Manager

On a daily basis you’ll be responsible for managing the end to end processing of all our managed funds and life insurance business. This is a pivotal role with strong emphasis on managing and complying with all risk management policies and procedures. You will also be involved in the product development process, including developing business requirements and undertaking user acceptance testing.

An indepth knowledge of managed funds and life insurance products and the manner in which they are administered, and a sound understanding of the legislation in which the products operate are a prerequisite. You’ll also need to have outstanding customer service skills to handle complex customer enquiries.

Ideally you'll have extensive industry experience and demonstrated ability in leading and managing teams in an investments and insurance environment. Experience in leading and managing projects will be an added asset.
