Ongoing growth in New Zealand has created the need for a leadership role to oversee retail distribution & product development. Reporting to the General Manager Wealth Management, the new incumbent will have shared accountability for governance management and profit drivers around core products – you will be responsible for developing a key aspect of growth strategy as well as day-today operational involvement.

You will manage fully owned, partially owned and independent channels on a national level covering the distribution of risk and investment products. From an operational perspective, there is scope for considerable strategic input by your clear understanding of distribution ‘cogs’ and a working knowledge of ‘moving parts’.

A previous leadership role with a national focus is essential and you will ideally have product and distribution experience not only in retail but also in the wholesale/mezzanine market. You should be familiar with large institutions and the policies and procedures inherent in this environment.
