The Company. NZIJ Investment Services is a boutique investment advisory company situated in downtown Wellington. We provide top quality investment advice and a portfolio management system that fulfils our clients’ expectations of quality, service and value.

Our problem is that we have more clients than we can handle with our current personnel.

We are associated with NZIJ Stockbrokers, an NZX Firm which was established in 1993. It has amassed some 20,000 customers in various managed funds, bonds and shares since then.

The Position. You would be an integral part of a team with complementing philosophies regarding market behaviour, client sentiment and industry participation. We manage our higher net worth clients using a wholesale wrap account and administration facility. Your role will be to contact existing retail managed funds investors, outlining the benefits of using wholesale funds and quality advice. These investors currently receive investment information, notice of new issues, invitations to seminars, and the monthly New Zealand Investment Journal, which is sent to around 9,000 readers nationwide.

The Person. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced investment adviser with a small client register, looking to grow their business, but lacking prospects.
