As a Financial Planner with Moneywi$e, your purpose will be to assist our employees to set and achieve their personal financial goals, providing sound advice on budgeting, saving, investment and superannuation. The position would suit a financial planner with at least a few years experience, who has highly developed client servicing skills at all levels, a passion to see others grow - and who is looking for the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one on one financial interview's with all Flight Centre NZ staff.
  • Identify staff's financial needs and goals and assist in implementing a plan so they may achieve their goals.
  • To assist each individual to grow their own personal wealth.
  • Work as an effective team member within the Peopleworks (HR) area and contribute to the growth and retention goals of Flight Centre NZ.

Desired attributes include:

  • Tertiary qualified CFP or studying towards CFP
  • Minimum 2 years personal finance industry experience
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Flexible and available for a considerable amount of domestic travel.
  • Passion and energy for helping people achieve their goals.
