Our client is a global financial management company with an opportunity for a self-motivated administrator to become part of their small close-knit team. This position reports directly to the office manager, assisting with the smooth running of the admin function which supports the business. Your excellent telephone manner and customer service skills will ensure that as first point of contact for all telephone enquiries clients feel they are being well looked after. In addition, you will be responsible for accurately updating all clients’ financial records, carry out reconciliations against Fund Managers holdings and prepare documents in line with company policies and procedures, therefore it is essential that you have a keen eye for detail and are numerate with the ability to follow-up ensuring items are accurately recorded. You will also be responsible for processing inward payments, prepare banking, quarterly fees recording all information into MS Excel, Axys + Qube in-house systems.
It’s a fast paced environment, no two days are the same, you will be able to demonstrate fast and accurate keyboard skills which can cover anything from the typing of general correspondence and investment proposals to preparing faxes and memos and quarterly newsletters – ensuring all records are kept bang up to date. You will also get the opportunity to update the company website.
Ideally you will have had 3-5 years experience in a similar type environment.
