This position compliments these activities through targeting
Manufacturing, Printing and Industrial markets.
You’ll manage an existing
lending portfolio with a varied customer base. Once you’ve
maximised business activities, the aim is to develop new business.
This role targets direct clients – so your contact will
typically be with company owners, directors and financial controllers.
Therefore your ability to “talk turkey” around commercial
lending principles is important.
The role demands people who possess
the “Hunter” instinct and have the drive and determination
to succeed in a competitive environment. Growing UDC’s market
share in South Auckland in selected industries is a goal assisted
by UDC’s brand presence and marketing initiatives.
