Our high profile client is seeking a equity research analyst to provide their private clients with easy to comprehend, timely and proactive research.

Key Responsibilities are:

• Monthly Investment News and Quarterly Strategy publications
• Production of morning & afternoon reports
• Maintenance of standard portfolio review letters
• Private client research - collect, analyse & distribute market & economic information from overseas agents
• Marketing - placement of company summary reports onto the Internet
• Co-ordinate Quarterly strategy presentations and deliver in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin
• Liaison with capital markets, institutional dealers, advisors, and economic research analysts

Do You Have?

• A degree in finance/commerce or business related discipline
• Strong understanding of the financial service industry
• Technical exposure to equity & investment analysis
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Analytical & problem solving skills
• A client focus and high service ethic
• Drive, energy & initiative
