Due to an internal transfer, Spicers is now looking for an extraordinary individual to be responsible for 10 offices from Kerikeri to Taupo as our Upper North Island Area Manager.

You will be a high calibre professional with plenty of proven commercial acumen, drive and focus with a strong track record in leading, developing and taking successful salespeople to the next level.

You’ll need to be committed to not only being the best you can possibly be, but have a sales management background that proves it. This does not necessarily need to include experience in the financial services sector.

Your primary focus will be on supporting the ambitious growth strategy in place for the business and increasing market share at a time of very positive change in the industry. You’ll be given every opportunity to succeed and be incentivised to excel.
