In this role of Business Development Manager, you will identify and then secure new business opportunities with intermediaries, Independent Advisers, adviser groups and other distribution channels. Alongside new business sales targets you will also work to grow the business written by your portfolio of clients.

Based in our Auckland office and targeting clients throughout the greater Auckland region plus Northland, you will be in a highly mobile role.

To be successful in this role you must have a proven record of managing successful sales relationships direct with customers and via channel partners within the insurance industry. You’ll know what it takes to drive growth through new opportunities. You’ll have an extensive industry network, and you can demonstrate your considerable business development achievements. Motivated by targets, you will have the inclination and the capacity to consistently deliver beyond expectation. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills whilst having a confident and effective style.
