This is a unique position and there are few opportunities of this calibre in Australasia.  Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overall responsibility for Operations Management, custodial relationships and delivery of the investment management platform
• Implement and monitor existing procedures, controls and compliance systems and enhance where possible
• Leadership of administration team
• Responsible for supplier relationships, interaction with external providers, client services and the Board
• Input into strategy and new product development and implementation
• Oversight of internal management reporting

Demonstrated Competencies:

• Proven track record across operations, technology and/or finance within the financial services industry
• Ability to build infrastructure, processes and systems
• Leadership, governance and compliance
• Positive attitude, focused and flexible with the ability to multitask
