KiwiSaver – Supervisor Role

My client is a leader in the provision of Life and Disability products coupled with a strong Investment Brand within the Insurance/Investment industry. They are 100% New Zealand owned, Auckland based and have a positive company culture envied by most.

They are looking for an experienced KIWI SAVER officer to join their happy team in a supervisory capacity.

You will need to have previous experience working in a similar role within the Insurance or Banking Industry ( back office of Funds management) and it would be advantageous if you have specific experience relating to processing applications, withdrawals and transfers for Kiwisaver.

The purpose of the position is to -

1. Provide Technical Support to authorised Financial advisors and Kiwi Saver members.

2. Assist the Manager with training of staff

3. Deputise for the Manager

4. To provide input on current processes and encourage the sharing of ideas an initiative 

 

To be successful in this role you must have -

1. Sound technical knowledge of Kiwi Saver

2. Supervisory experience preferred but not essential

3. An understanding of Investment and Financial markets

4. Professional phone manner and business writing skills
