A publicly listed financial sercices group which specialises in savings, life insurance and consumer lending wishes to appoint a General Manager to run the Insurance and Lending business operations.

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing sound leadership and management of the life insurance and lending businesses
• Develop and implementing the company's business plans and strategy
• Delivering budgeted sales, profits and agreed business targets
• New product development and new sales channels to drive future growth in the business
• Identifying potential business acquisitions
• Promoting the group and providing input into the wider group initiatives

We seek a highly motivated, determined and energetic General Manager with a track record of success in the insurance and finance sectors. You will have an understanding of insurance and lending and strong fi nancial management capability. You will have demonstrated leadership with entrepreneurial fl air, coupled with skills in operations, sales and business acumen.
