SHARE is a fully integrated broker-dealer network offering branded, proven systems and processes that enable financial advisers to thrive in the regulated financial services environment. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated National Distribution Manager to develop and service relationships with financial advisers throughout New Zealand.

Reporting to the CEO the purpose of the role is to;

• Drive the growth of SHARE's innovative value proposition.

• Expand the SHARE profile in the adviser market.

• Grow the number of new SHARE members through encouraging quality and philosophically aligned advisers to join .

• Provide high levels of service and support to SHARE advisers.

• Achieve agreed sales budgets and activity targets.

The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of the New Zealand financial adviser market, be well connected within that market and be able to deliver value to all SHARE members. In addition, the candidate will possess a proven track record of successful sales delivery, a strong service ethic, be self motivated and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A relevant tertiary qualification in business, accountancy or financial services is highly desirable.
