SHARE is a fully integrated broker-dealer network offering branded, proven systems and processes that enable financial advisers to thrive in the regulated financial services environment. We are keen to attract a Technical Support Manager who will be a champion for the unique technology solutions that we provide for our advisers. SHARE advisers use a web-based CRM system called Xplan to manage their client contact, their daily activity and our unique proprietary sales process.

This role supports that solution and role reports directly to the CEO. Its purpose is to;

• Set-up and train new users in the Xplan software, through both site visits and remote training tools.

• Provide ongoing support to existing users, answering queries promptly and effectively.

• Customise the Xplan interface to meet the needs of SHARE and the advisers

• Develop and code new and existing templates and threads to support the SHARE sales process

• Contribute to the development of SHARE’s technology solution to keep it at #1 in the New Zealand market.

• Communicate regularly with all users, keeping them up-to-date with new developments and seeking input into new initiatives.

The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of technology, and in particular the use of databases and CRM systems. Experience with Xplan would be a distinct advantage, as would past experience in low-level coding and/or programming. In addition, the candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong service ethic and a track record of success in a sales support role. A relevant tertiary qualification in technology is highly desirable.
