The key to the success of our business is a Senior Commercial Analyst who is motivated by being involved in all commercial aspects of Ngai Tahu Property's Investment, Development and Business Origination functions.

Here, you can expect to be working on research projects, financial feasibilities and business case financial evaluations including sensitivities. You will be participating in due diligence projects including valuation calculation and support, whilst also getting involved in business and value chain commercial analysis, strategic analysis and risk assessments.

Along with your tertiary qualification and CA qualification to NZICA, you must have a minimum of two years' experience post professional qualification in a corporate or professional services environment and a knowledge of financial or business case modelling and investment support.
