Our business also covers all forms of non-construction mortgage advisory work and insurance. We are now looking for established, energetic advisors across NZ who are looking to add another business source to their mix by joining the Onion group of top performing finance professionals. This is a very exciting opportunity for individuals craving success to be a key member of an expanding and dynamic team associated with the highly successful G.J. Gardner brand.
So if this sounds like the opportunity for you, these will be your key responsibilities:
- Network with G.J. Gardner Homes sales consultants and other referral sources to establish strong rapport and referral support
- Interview home loan prospects introduced directly to you
- Conduct robust financial analysis on clients lending needs and recommend sound credit strategies that will deliver the best option for their future
- Prepare client applications and negotiate loan approvals with banks
- Manage client relationship and loan through to final draw and beyond
- Referral of client insurance requirements to our risk insurance specialist
What you will need to bring to the role:
- An ability to work autonomously, be self motivated and results driven
- Highly experienced in home loan lending and a strong ability to analyse client's lending needs
- A friendly disposition and an absolute dedication to client service
- Strong oral and written communication skills
