Administration Manager

A high profile financial services company has a position available for a full-time Administration Manager based on Auckland’s North Shore.

The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience in the deposit management and broker services administration of a small to medium-sized finance company.

You will also be a self-motivated, hard-working individual, with excellent written and oral communication skills, who can meet strict deadlines.

Attention to detail is imperative, as is an ability to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, Access, Internet Explorer, including Word and Excel.

Duties include receiving, checking and banking deposits, creating daily bank reconciliation and deposit records and checking client records against computer records.

The role also calls for coordination of communications to clients, financial planners and brokers. Payment of brokerage, despatch of documentation to relevant parties, preparation of statements and payments to IRD and complete documentation for presentation to the Board of Directors in a timely manner.
