The Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for driving and implementing the Group's five year business plan whilst developing new strategies to move the Group to being one of the market leaders. This requires someone who has a strong financial services background with a good understanding of advisers and intermediary distribution, accompanied by proven commercial acumen to increase revenue and profitability.

The successful applicant must;
» Be able to accurately interpret business needs, devise excellent solutions and deliver results.
» Have superior oral and written communication and presentation skills.
» Be able to challenge existing business operations and coach business owners in the financial services sector.
» Demonstrate strong training and coaching skills
» Have strong negotiation, interpersonal and relationship skills
» Be able to manage priorities, work under pressure and work on many tasks simultaneously.
» Proven experience in change management using influential techniques to drive behaviour change
» Be a supporter / promoter to assist Practices and their advisers to achieve their individual goals.
The person will be working closely with the Directors and will be expected to work 'collaboratively' with the Directors: questioning and challenging where appropriate, while at the same time committing to the Group's direction and implementing those objectives reached. Above all, they must be self sufficient and work with little supervision, but still operate effectively as part of a team.
You will report to the Chairman of the Board and will be an invitee on the Board of Directors, essentially attending all meetings and having a reporting capacity to the Board on the key objectives associated with the role.
