The role of Relationship Adviser is responsible for building, maintaining and growing a portfolio of customers on a semi-proactive basis in the Customer Centre. Remaining customers will be managed on a reactive basis.
All action and interactions relating to servicing customers is owned by the Relationship Adviser and they are directly responsible for the retention and satisfaction of these customers.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Previous experience in the delivery of trustee services, financial services, insurance services and/or investment advice to customers
- Previous proven and successful experience in sales including a willingness to undertake, and a demonstrated ability in, needs based selling
- Highly effective interpersonal skills including the ability to develop and maintain strong and effective relationships with customers
- Very strong customer service orientation and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Demonstrated capability to build and maintain strong business and community networks
- High standards of personal honesty and integrity.
As Relationship Adviser the products you will predominately deal with include Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Life Insurance, Conveyancing, On Call and Term Deposit Funds, Mortgages, Non-Complex Estate Management and Family Trusts.
You'll be commercially savvy and innovative, have successful experience in delivering against customer needs and have a drive for results.
A Certified Financial Planner (CFP) qualification, or studying towards CFP, would be advantageous.
