The role of Senior Relationship Adviser is responsible for the provision of personalised, expert and professional advice to a portfolio of customers in the Customer Centre.
All action and interactions relating to servicing these customers is owned by the Senior Relationship Adviser and they are directly responsible for the retention and satisfaction of these customers.
Additionally, the Senior Relationship Adviser is responsible for business development and acquisition, cross-sell and retention activities to grow the customer base for our target customers as well as providing support to the Customer Centre Manager with the mentoring and coaching of more junior staff.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Significant knowledge of trustee products and services as well as the range of financial and investment products Public Trust has on offer
- Previous proven and successful experience in sales including a willingness to undertake, and a demonstrated ability in, needs based selling
- Highly effective interpersonal skills including the ability to build strong and effective community, business and interpersonal relationships
- Very strong customer service orientation - committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience
- High standards of personal honesty and integrity.
As Senior Relationship Adviser you will predominantly deal with our complex products including Family Trusts, Personal Assists and Estates.
Ideally you will be an experienced adviser with a strong overall understanding of trustee and financial services.
You'll be commercially savvy and innovative, have successful experience in delivering against customer needs and have a drive for results.
A Certified Financial Planner (CFP) qualification, or studying towards CFP, would be advantageous.
