My client is a leader in the provision of Life , Disability and Investment products within the Insurance industry. They are Newmarket based and have an amazing POSITIVE company culture envied by most.
They have a vacancy for a Marketing Communications person. If you have solid marketing communications experience ( PR, media, sponsorship, internal and external communications with a minimum of 3 years in a role like this) or marketing management experience then we want to hear from you.
It is not essential that you come from the Financial Services or Insurance industry however if you have an awareness of investment, insurance and financial planning principles and practices then this would give you a distinct advantage.
Additionally, If you have experience within a sales environment this could add value to your application .
The purpose of this position is to create and manage an effective communications campaign and promo mix to the company's key stakeholders (staff, advisers, shareholders, policy holders, suppliers, community and the media).
The focus will be on generating sales and increasing loyalty and lifting the company profile. The scope of the role will allow you to use your marketing management experience also.
The outline of your communication channel management will be to write, design and manage communication channels, promotional campaigns, sponsorship activities ,PR and Media campaigns that are appropriate and focus on growing the company's business
To be successful in this role it is desirable that you have a marketing degree and you must have solid marketing experience.
Other skills required will be -
* Project Management experience
* Budget Management experience
* Computer Literacy with Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Front Page a must.
This role requires someone with excellent writing skills and the ability to assess current processes and make sound recommendations on new and effective systems for the business as a whole.
