An exciting Senior Life Adviser opportunity has opened up within ODL Group Limited, the Christchurch regional branch of BrokerWeb Risk Services- a New Zealand-owned national firm of Fire and General broking companies.

The business seeks a highly motivated individual, capable of working within a very successful and growing Fire and General broking business. They will need to service existing clients' needs as well as bring new clients on board.

The role is on a contractor basis and is the first full-time role of its sort within the branch.

We are seeking an individual with a strong Life Insurance background, who is self-motivated and can work within both the business and personal life insurance markets.

BrokerWeb Risk Services has 6 regional branches throughout New Zealand and is in an expansion phase.

The successful applicant will report to both the Regional Manager and the General Manager- Life Business.

The successful applicant must-

• Have a strong Life Industry background, preferably having worked with clients within both the business and personal lines markets;
• Be capable of working within a team environment and assimilating within a Fire and General company in order to help maximise the opportunities available to them;
• Be able to demonstrate strong negotiation, selling and relationship skills;
• Have a good knowledge of Life Industry products, their wordings and definitions;
• Be very familiar with using a best practice process when working with clients.
