Job Title: Personal Insurance Centre Manager

We are looking to recruit a Personal Insurance Centre Manager; someone who is able to demonstrate significant management experience in the Personal and Business Life Insurance markets.
Based in our Palmerston North office, this role will be responsible for the effective day to day management of our Personal Insurance Centre.
You will be accountable for building a high performing team that is focused on delivering FMG’s Personal Insurance Centre sales and servicing strategy.
As the Personal Insurance Centre Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing your team’s Personal Insurance advice process, product training and provision of advice/information to your team to increase their knowledge and maintain compliance requirements.
- Providing day to day leadership and coaching to direct reports to support achievement of results.
- Contributes to the development of and implementation of the strategic direction and business plan for the PI Centre.
- Connecting with the wider Sales, Advice and Service teams to ensure retention and referral targets are met.
